This was followed by a lively discussion moderated by John Thomas on living style, what buyers want, and how the historic district can help the realtor (Steffie Hands, CalBungalow.com, Steven Sarinana, Trebor/Nevets and Emily Stevens, Rose Park Neighborhood Assn.).
